EDGECOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Meteorologists from the National Weather Service are expected to survey possible tornado damage in Edgecombe County.
The worst damage appears to be in Pinetops on Gay Street and School Street, with a home damaged, along with trees and power lines down.
It happened around 3:40 a.m. this morning, and there were no reports of any injuries.
A second possible tornado was spotted two miles north of Princeville around 5:10 p.m. Monday, with trees down.
