Popular kids’ content creator Rachel Griffin Accurso, known as Ms. Rachel, addressed the ongoing backlash over her advocacy for Palestinian children, saying in a recent interview that “it should be controversial to not say anything.”  

Rumeysa Ozturk returned to Massachusetts on Saturday evening, eyes welling with joy and gratitude at the end of her six-week odyssey in federal custody, a case that stirred outrage over President Trump’s immigration crackdown.

Students at Stanford University have allegedly uncovered a pattern of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) attempting to gain sensitive information about American research.

CCP agents reportedly impersonate students at the university to gain trust from students and staff and steal information as part of a “nontraditional collection effort,” while others are already connected with Chinese nationals studying in the U.S., according to The Stanford Review. The report states that several Chinese students studying at Stanford are currently acting as spies for the CCP.

 A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Education Department to undo a freeze on the last of the U.S. relief money given to schools to help students recover academically from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The University of Washington slammed the "offensive and destructive behavior" of activists who ignited dumpsters and occupied a campus engineering building, and said it opposed antisemitism, as police arrested around 30 of those involved.

The activists said they were pro-Palestinian and fighting for the university to end its relationship with Boeing over the manufacturing giant's dealings with Israel amid the war with Hamas. But a statement by some of the occupiers also hailed the October 7 attack.

Nearly 180 researchers working under now-terminated federal grants at Columbia University will soon receive “notices of non-renewal or termination,” school officials said in a statement Tuesday.

“We do not make these decisions lightly. We are deeply committed, at Columbia, to the critical work of invention, innovation and discovery,” the statement reads. “The excellence of our research portfolio is fundamental to our identity, and we are determined to support it.”

Secretary of Education Linda McMahon sent a scathing letter to Harvard University President Alan Garber on Monday, not only blasting the Massachusetts Ivy League school’s handling of antisemitism on campus but also advising school officials to refrain from applying for future federal grants because they will not "be provided."
