Transgender Athletes

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and to protect opportunities for women and girls to compete in safe and fair sports, it is hereby ordered:

Section 1.  Policy and Purpose.  In recent years, many educational institutions and athletic associations have allowed men to compete in women’s sports.  This is demeaning, unfair, and dangerous to women and girls, and denies women and girls the equal opportunity to participate and excel in competitive sports...

If there’s one thing the American people have made overwhelmingly clear, it’s this: boys should not compete in girls’ sports. The public knows it. Science proves it. And the Constitution—guided by the Supreme Court—leans that way too.



But don’t tell that to the governors or education bureaucrats of Illinois or Maine. They’re too busy virtue signaling from the cliffs of reality, hoping that federal courts will bail them out when the lawsuits come.

The UK supreme court has issued a historic and definitive ruling that the terms “woman” and “sex” in the Equality Act refer only to a biological woman and to biological sex.

So as the dust settles on the ruling, what can we take away from it?

California Gov. Gavin Newsom refuses to protect women’s sports just days after he claimed it was “unfair” for men to play in women’s sports.

In a podcast featuring Turning Point founder Charlie Kirk, Newsom said men in women’s sports are “unfair” but did not answer Kirk’s question as to whether men should be prohibited.

Schools in Philadelphia will continue allowing transgender athletes to play in girls sports even after the state of Pennsylvania announced it would comply with President Donald Trump's "No Men in Women's Sports" executive order. 

The School District of Philadelphia announced in a statement provided to Fox News Digital Tuesday it will continue following its previous policy that enables transgender inclusion.
